3. Scheduling & Payment
Services must be scheduled in advance.

Pricing is discussed and agreed upon prior to starting any work.

Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit/debit card, and approved digital payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We reserve the right to postpone services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues.

5. Property Access & Responsibilities
The customer must ensure clear and safe access to the service area.

Remove any vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items from the work area before the scheduled time.

CLS is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or non-disclosed hazards.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the service, contact us within 48 hours of job completion and we’ll make it right.

7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as name, address, phone number, or email) is used strictly for communication, scheduling, or billing related to CLS – Coat, Line & Shine LLC.
We do not sell, share, or use your information for any purpose outside of company operations.

8. Limitation of Liability
CLS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.
